If you want to cancel your ticket, send us an email.
From now till 31/12/’24: 100% refund minus processing costs (€18).
From 01/01/’25 till 16/04/’25: Refund minus €65 for a dayticket, minus €130 for a weekend ticket.
From 16/04/’25 till the conference: No refund.

Students have to show their student card at the registration desk.
